Why isn't Talent Hub in the Free plan?
Free is for seeing the market: search and ranked matches. The Hub is the compounding asset that makes Avery more valuable every month you use it, and that's a paid-plan feature by design.
Does the Talent Hub replace my ATS?
No. Your ATS stays the system of record for applications, interviews and offers. The Hub is the sourcing side of the same people: it reads your history, keeps profiles fresh, and resurfaces candidates when they match a new role, which is the one thing an ATS was never built to do.
How much work is it to get my hiring history in?
Connect your ATS, or upload an export if you'd rather start there: imports run from 50+ ATS systems in the background while you keep working. Enrichment happens after the import, so an old record comes back with the person's current role. Most teams are matching against their own history in the same session.
