Sourcing & matching
Every shortlist, argued like a recruiter would.
An agent that works the market continuously, checks each must-have, and writes down exactly why it shortlisted or passed on every person.
It sources while you interview
The Sourcing Agent works the pool continuously: it shortlists the strong ones and, just as important, tells you exactly why it passed on the rest. Twenty-five shortlisted, twenty-three passed, every decision written down.
Steer it like a colleague
A lenient-to-strict dial, plain-language rules it remembers ("prefer founders", "avoid pure agency backgrounds"), and a monthly allowance you control. Teach it once; it applies the lesson on every next run.
125M+ profiles, five that fit
Describe the role like you'd say it out loud. Avery reads intent, ranks the market, and hands you a shortlist where every face comes with reasons: skills, trajectory, salary fit, openness to move.

each with the reasons it ranked them, and the ones it passed
FAQ
Asked, answered
How is this different from boolean search?
Boolean matches words; Avery matches meaning. "Backend lead who can grow a team, Go or Kotlin, Amsterdam" is a valid query, and the results are ranked by fit with the reasoning shown, not sorted by keyword density.
How fresh are the profiles?
Bulk profiles refresh quarterly. The moment you shortlist someone, their profile is enriched individually, including contact verification. Honest answer, because it's the one that holds up in a demo.
Does Avery reject candidates on its own?
No. Avery ranks and argues; you decide. Every pass is written down with the reason it passed, so you can disagree and pull someone back onto the shortlist. The strictness dial and your own plain-language rules change what it does on the next run.
Where do the profiles come from and is that GDPR-compliant?
They come from the Avery Talent Network, built in Europe on European data with EU data residency. Processing is for recruitment purposes only, access and deletion requests are honoured, and enrichment happens per candidate when you shortlist them rather than in bulk across a whole search. The GDPR section of the product page answers the questions your DPO will ask.
