Built by Entrepreneurs with corporate leadership experience and supported by Builders startup studio in Rotterdam, Avery started as a hiring intelligence solution to solve a critical problem:the inefficient, subjective nature of hiring processes.


Founders themself were involved in hiring process thousands of time as Hiring Managers and struggled with poor outcome over and over during many many years. That triggered the discovery phase, where we observed that companies struggled with mis-hire rates costing €50K+ per mistake, weeks lost in job requirement alignment/recalibration, and a lack of intelligence layer across talent acquisition functions. This inspired us to build a platform that brings data-driven decision making to hiring.
