Outreach

Messages that sound like you, sent as you.

Drafts written from each candidate’s real profile, delivered from your own inbox, across every channel that honestly works.

01

Written for them, sent as you

Every draft is built from the candidate's actual profile and sends through your connected Google, Outlook or IMAP account. Replies land in your inbox, because candidates answer people, not platforms.

02

Every channel, honestly labelled

Email runs automated from your own address. LinkedIn messages come as drafts you send yourself, because automation there gets accounts banned. Phone and WhatsApp unlock after a verified number reveal. Quotas visible, always.

03

Screening inside the thread

When candidates reply, the Screening Agent turns the conversation into fields you can act on: target compensation, availability, interest level. No re-reading threads to remember who wanted what.

FAQ

Asked, answered

Does Avery send LinkedIn messages for me?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who says yes. LinkedIn blocks automation and bans accounts that attempt it. Avery drafts the LinkedIn message for you; you send it from your own account. Email sequences, by contrast, are fully automated from your own inbox.

Will this get my email domain flagged?

Outreach goes through your own connected account at human volumes with human checks where you want them. No shared sending infrastructure, no rented domains.

Do I have to approve every message before it goes out?

That's your call. You can read every draft, approve them in batches, or let an approved email sequence run and only step in when someone replies. LinkedIn is always manual: Avery writes the draft, you send it from your own account.

What happens when a candidate says no?

The sequence stops for that person and the Screening Agent records the no with the reason behind it. They stay in your Talent Hub as a warm contact, so when a role turns up that answers their reason, salary, scope or location, you're starting a conversation rather than a cold introduction.
