A very good TA convo with... S3-E5. With Recruitment Slackers during TCS, vol. 2

Season 3, Episode 5 features the Recruitment Slackers community, bringing together over 60 talented recruitment professionals for the second volume of the Talent Craft Sessions, and highlights the belief that modern TA professionals must become "fullstack recruiters" capable of juggling a multitude of processes, tools, and emerging technologies

The fullstack recruiter

A major focus of the session was defining the modern TA professional as a "fullstack recruiter". In today's landscape, this means being a fully rounded professional who deeply understands the processes and tools needed to accomplish their goals. It is about having a firm grasp of emerging technologies and knowing exactly how to deploy them effectively.

"Every recruitment in my opinion is full stack because you have to juggle so many different things."

The power of community and the right people

The event was a massive collaboration with Avery, Time to Hire, and N22. However, the defining factor of the night was the partnership with the Recruitment Slackers community. The energy in the crowd was palpable, with attendees eager for the event to start and excited to see how the presenters would tackle the fullstack perspective.

"I think recruitment slackers made all the difference because they came up with the right people and everybody interacted."

10x better feedback

Wrapping up the second volume of the Talent Craft Sessions, the organizers declared the event a resounding success, noting it was "10 times better" and received "amazing feedbacks" from the participants. The interactive nature of the crowd proved that bringing the right minds together elevates the entire profession.

The takeaway

The message from this special session is clear: modern talent acquisition is no longer a one-dimensional job. Recruiters must become "fullstack" professionals who are adaptable, tech-savvy, and capable of juggling multiple complex tasks and tools. Furthermore, leaning into engaged communities like Recruitment Slackers is the key to creating interactive, high-value discussions that push the industry forward. The organizers are already "cooking even better sessions very soon," proving that collaborative, community-driven TA is the future.
